Overview
KWSB is the official mobile app for the Karachi Water & Sewerage Board, one of Pakistan's largest public utilities. It brings water-service tasks that used to mean queueing in person into a single app for citizens.
I led the project as technical lead, owning the technical direction and delivery of the app across its service and payment flows for a very large user base.
